Our magical ocean is a healing powerhouse!

24 April 2019by Claire Holmes1 min read

Why is a dip in the ocean not just good for the soul? Doesn’t it make you feel so relaxed? Don’t surfers have a noticeable glow? Don’t you wonder why so many people love a long walk on the beach?

Our ocean is an amazing source of easily absorbed nutrients for your body. Bathing in the ocean and breathing the sea mist has the ability to deeply heal and replenish your body. It contains so many minerals, vitamins, trace elements, amino acids and living microorganisms, all needed for optimum health.  The ocean is also high in magnesium, a mineral that many people are extremely deficient in. Magnesium is needed for approximately 300 biochemical reactions in the body and is such a healing powerhouse.

Bathing in the ocean can play a role in improving the overall function of your body. It can improve your well-being and up-regulate your body’s ability to detoxify.

Even walking barefoot on the beach will give your body an extra boost.

Mother Nature is truly amazing!

Why not jump into the ocean today?
