- 2 1/2 cups fresh fruit
- 1 tsp lemon juice optional- use if you are planning to store for long periods
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
Add fruit and lemon juice to a food processor. Blitz until smooth.
Add chia seeds if you are using them, stir through and let it sit for a few minutes.
Spread over baking paper on baking trays for the oven or on silicon sheets in the dehydrator.
Place them into the oven on the lowest temperature for 4-8 hours. Or alternatively place in the dehydrator on 60 degrees for approximately 4-6 hours.
You know they are ready when they are firm and sticky to touch. If your fruit is extra juicy they will take longer. Time will vary from batch to batch.
